• Comply with all applicable import/export laws and regulations

• Ensure goods are properly packed, labeled, and declared

KosmoLynk is not liable for delays or penalties due to incorrect information provided by the client.

7. Liability & Limitation

• KosmoLynk acts as an intermediary between carriers, agents, and authorities

• We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third parties, force majeure events, or regulatory actions

• Liability, if any, shall be limited as per applicable international conventions (e.g., Hague Rules, Warsaw Convention, etc.)

8. Insurance

• Shipment insurance is not included unless explicitly requested and confirmed

• Clients are advised to insure goods against potential risks during transit

9. Intellectual Property
